Initial Acceptance: A $49 deposit is required to accept this open offer.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.

Timing
– Cost & Dimension Snapshot: 5 working days from the day the deposit is received.
– Installation Plans & Material Guide: 5 working days from the day the outstanding balance for the first step is paid.
– Urgent Jobs: 2 working days for each step.
Guarantees
1. Hardware Price Guarantee: If the client cannot find the specified hardware at the estimated price within two weeks of receiving our documentation, we will order the hardware directly from the manufacturer. Postage expenses (taxes and duties) are the client’s responsibility.
2. Sufficient Specification Promise: If the client is missing essential elements or has over-ordered based on our specifications, we will either send the missing items or buy back the excess items. This is valid for four weeks from the date the client receives the hardware. The buy-back option is only available for excess items costing more than $100 at the manufacturer’s price.
3. Labour Cost Guarantee: If the client cannot find an installer at our estimated cost within two weeks of receiving our documentation, we will refund the money paid for the “Labour Cost Estimate” service.
Refund Policy
1. General Refund: If any of our estimates are incorrect, we will refund the money for that specific job, valid for two weeks from the date the client receives our documentation.
2. No Further Responsibilities: Upon refund, neither party shall have any further responsibilities or liabilities towards the other.
Miscellaneous
1. Postage Expenses: The client is responsible for all postage expenses, including taxes and duties.
2. Timeframe: All guarantees and offers are valid for two weeks from the date the client receives our documentation, unless otherwise specified in a particular clause.
3. Complexity and Risk: If during the first stage the Offeror finds that the project is too complex and poses high risks for DIY installation, the Offeror will inform the client immediately. The client then has the option to request a return of the deposit or proceed by paying the balance for the first step to receive the dimensions and cost estimates.
4. Decision Time: The client has one week to decide whether to move to step two after receiving the results of step one.
5. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses due to incorrect estimates or specifications.
6. Governing Law: This open offer is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of this open offer and commits to fully paying for and completing Step 1 of the Package.
The client has one week after receiving Step 1 results to decide on proceeding to Step 2, in order to keep the 50% discount for Step 2 guaranteed by the offeror.
